Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• You have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item
• The size delivered does not match your order

To request an exchange, please contact us at fatimashijabandabayas@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging with tags attached
• Returned within 7 days of receiving our confirmation

Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the error is on our part.

Change of Mind

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including:

• Choosing the wrong size or style
• Deciding you no longer want the item after ordering

We encourage you to refer to our size guide, read product descriptions carefully, and reach out with any questions before placing your order.

• Clear photos of the issue
